What We Sell

Raised on 80 acres
in East Texas.

We don't sell anything we wouldn't serve our own kids at supper. Everything below comes straight from our farm — no middlemen, no mystery. Text or email to place an order.

Farm Staple

Pastured Eggs

Our hens roam 80 acres of East Texas pasture, scratch for bugs, and sleep in the trees when the mood strikes them. No soy. No corn. No cages. Ever. The yolks are so orange it'll make you wonder what you've been buying at the grocery store.

Most Requested

Raw A2/A2 Milk

Certified A2/A2 Holstein-Friesian dairy. Unhomogenized, non-pasteurized, and full of the good stuff grocery stores skim off. We test our herd regularly and bottle the same day. Customers drive two hours for this milk — and they say it's worth every mile.

Local Harvest

Wildflower Honey

Harvested from our on-farm hives set out among the East Texas wildflowers. Raw, unfiltered, and packed with natural pollen and enzymes that commercial honey processing destroys. Every jar tastes a little different depending on what's blooming — that's the point.

Pasture Raised

Whole Chicken

Raised on open pasture with room to scratch, dustbathe, and act like a chicken. Air-chilled and never waterlogged. Delivered fresh or frozen depending on your preference. These birds have real flavor — the kind that makes a broth worth drinking.

Baked Weekly

Farm Sourdough

Baked every Thursday using our own sourdough starter — which we've been feeding for eleven years — and locally milled whole wheat flour. Pickup Fridays at the farm gate. Order by Wednesday so we know how many to bake. These don't last long.

Our Story

Three pillars.
One family farm.

The Colemans started with two dairy cows and a dozen laying hens in 2009 on land that's been in the family since the seventies. Today it's an 80-acre operation built around three things they don't negotiate on: quality, simplicity, and sustainability.

Quality means every product is something they feed their own children. If it's not good enough for the Coleman dinner table, it doesn't leave the farm gate. Simplicity means no subscription programs, no complicated ordering systems — just real food sold direct to people who appreciate it. Sustainability means a closed-loop farm where the compost from the animals feeds the pasture, and the pasture feeds the animals.

“Our youngest had always reacted badly to regular milk. First week on your A2, he drank two glasses at dinner and slept like a rock. We haven't bought store milk since.”
— A customer from Canton, TX
